Ummeed offers internships and observerships to students pursuing Undergraduate and Masters courses and to other professionals. Interns and observers are able to watch videos, observe consultations/therapies, have debriefings and sometimes assist with project-related work. Through these exposures, they get to observe values such as evience-based practices, strengths-based approaches, inclusion, and family-centered care in practice. The internship duration typically ranges from two weeks to a month, while observerships typically range from 2-3 days to a week.
